Every General Motors dealership nationwide must use a certified lead management application to receive and respond to Internet leads generated by the manufacturer. GM’s OneSource program assigns and delivers Internet leads generated from the GM family of web sites (sales, service and parts), purchased third party Internet leads, vehicle service needs identified by the OnStar systems for consumers’ vehicles, and more.
